I made the first Strong Athletic Mom shirt in 2016 after many, many requests came in. I did it for Mother's Day, and although I'm not very into commercialized holidays, my Mom and my sister (also a mom) are my number ones, so I decided to make them a shirt. The shirt was instantly very popular with Mamas all over the world wanting to represent. Shortly after I made the shirt requests started coming in for a Strong Athletic Grandma shirt, and so once again I've listened to the Strong Athletic Community and created a new shirt, just for y'all. 

My Grandmothers were Ruth, or Truthie as we called her, and Zubitha. They were both amazing women with amazing stories. The Atlantic Ocean separated them, my Grandma Truthie was in Dallas, Texas and my Grandmother Zubith was in Fez, Morocco. I wish I had the opportunity to get to know them better, I'd like to think that their spirit lives on today.

The color is tri-cranberry. The words Strong Athletic Grandma are printed in white ink on the front. The Strong Athletic logo is printed on both the front and the back.

There are two types of shirts that we have in this style.

The capped shirts are a traditional women's cut, and run smaller than what is average. We usually recommend that people order them one size larger than what they normally would wear. This is what American Apparel says about the shirt:
