Online shopping is tricky and not as straight forward as shopping in person. For that reason we try to make the process of exchanging items as easy as possible.
If your Ordered a Size that Doesn't Actually Fit
We know that what the size chart says can be complicated and even if you have the best intentions to get the size that you want, it still doesn't always happen. We want you to love your Strong Athletic and for that reason if you get the wrong size you can exchange it for the right size within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in the same condition that you received them in. Email us and include order number, the size that you got and the size that you think you should have and we'll send you details about how to make it happen.
If your Product was Damaged when you Received it
You may return any unworn items that were damaged when you received them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. Email us and we'll make it happen as soon as we can!
If you don't Love your new Strong Athletic as Much as you Thought you Would
You may return any unworn items if you don't like them. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
You may exchange any item that is undamaged and unworn within 30 days of purchase for a different Strong Athletic item. The cost of shipping for the returned item and the shipping for the new item are covered by the consumer and not by Strong Athletic. Email us with your order number and the details about what you would like to exchange.
Out of Stock
Occasionally items are listed as available on our website that are actually out of stock. When we sell you an item that is on backorder, we will contact you with the date that that item will be in the mail. When we sell you an item that is out of stock and will not be reprinted, we will contact you with your options.
We list the brand of the item under the information for the Strong Athletic item that you are purchasing. Strong Athletic has the right to change which brand we print our items on without notice to the consumer. Changes to the brand we are using are usually results of the brand being out of stock and needing to print on an alternate brand for quality purposes.
