This is the size chart for the Bella Canvas Crew Neck Muscle Tank, style number 3483 similar to the StarTee Crew Neck Muscle Tank Style ST2150 in design, different in that the two tanks are different brands.

This tank is also different from the Bella Canvas Flowy Muscle Tank. In regard to the key difference between the two tanks, they are sized differently and the fit is different, with a key difference being that this tank is more "fitted" and the Bella Canvas Flowy tank is designed to be less fitted. This tank is cut straight down the sides, rather than being curvy.

The arm holes for this tank are a slight bit "dropped" if you wear a garment under this shirt such as a bra or a binder there is a chance you might be able to see a slight bit of the material, but it will be less revealing than the Sol's Super Muscle Tank, the District Muscle Tank and the Bella Flowy Muscle Tank.
